What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct on-site investigations  to evaluate damages to residential and commercial structures.

  • Draft detailed, accurate engineering reports aligned with company standards.

  • Communicate findings clearly with clients and stakeholders, keeping documentation up to date.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

  • Review and provide feedback on peer engineering reports.

  • Track project progress, schedules, and budgets, escalating issues when needed.

  • Support project demands with flexibility.

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (Master’s preferred).

  • Certification: Active P.E. license in the state of assignment; NCEES Record preferred.

  • Experience: 2–3 years in failure analysis, construction, building codes, or related engineering fields.

  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, organizational ability, and detail orientation.

  • Mindset: Dependable, self-motivated, and able to thrive both independently and in a team setting.

  • Cultural Fit: Positive attitude, professionalism, and alignment with a collaborative, client-first culture.

  • Mobility: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move 50–100 lbs.

  • Comfortable climbing roofs, ladders, scaffolding, or entering crawl spaces.

  • Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as required.

  • Extended vehicle travel for site visits (up to 50%).
