What You’ll Be Doing
Conduct on-site investigations to evaluate damages to residential and commercial structures.
Draft detailed, accurate engineering reports aligned with company standards.
Communicate findings clearly with clients and stakeholders, keeping documentation up to date.
Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
Review and provide feedback on peer engineering reports.
Track project progress, schedules, and budgets, escalating issues when needed.
Support project demands with flexibility.
What You Bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Certification: Active P.E. license in the state of assignment; NCEES Record preferred.
Experience: 2–3 years in failure analysis, construction, building codes, or related engineering fields.
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, organizational ability, and detail orientation.
Mindset: Dependable, self-motivated, and able to thrive both independently and in a team setting.
Cultural Fit: Positive attitude, professionalism, and alignment with a collaborative, client-first culture.
Mobility: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move 50–100 lbs.
Comfortable climbing roofs, ladders, scaffolding, or entering crawl spaces.
Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as required.
Extended vehicle travel for site visits (up to 50%).
