Engage Engineer Search was founded from our firsthand experience in the forensic engineering world. We saw a clear gap—too few recruiters truly understood the technical and cultural nuances of this specialized field. As a result, companies struggled to find the right talent, and candidates were often placed in roles that didn’t quite fit.

We’re here to change that.

Forensic engineering is our niche. We partner closely with firms to understand not just their hiring needs, but also their culture, values, and long-term vision. On the candidate side, we take the time to get to know each person—their skills, experiences, goals, and what they truly value in a workplace.

I founded Engage Engineer Search with a simple goal: to do recruiting differently.

After more than a decade in recruiting and human resources—and years working specifically within the forensic engineering industry—I saw firsthand how difficult it can be to find the right people in such a specialized field.

​

Forensic engineering recruiting isn't just about finding someone with an engineering degree or a PE license. It's about understanding the industry, the people in it, and the experience that truly matters.

That's why I built Engage around relationships, industry knowledge, and a hands-on approach. I personally work with clients and candidates throughout the recruiting process, taking the time to understand what each side is really looking for.

For me, it's never about sending the most resumes. It's about making the right introduction.
